I moved to this area in 2002 and joined another course in this area soon after. A couple rounds at NGC as a green-fee guest followed by playing and talking with some of the members, as well as Peter Hodgkins, I was sold. The agenda of events are fantastic and the members are so friendly it makes golf a lot of FUN ! Age nor sex has any boundaries nor does your handicap. My prior home club for years has been one of the best nine hole courses in Maine. I have friends back there and enjoy meeting them when I do return for a round but the camaraderie of Northport has made me a Believer.” Vance Wells

“Now in my 49th consecutive year as a golfing member at Northport Golf Club, my remembrances are many. The loyalty to ‘MY CLUB’ comes from the many relationships past, present, and in my golfing future that have and will arise as we play the game we love. Northport’s consistency in league and tournament programming has lent itself to interpersonal contacts that have led to long lasting friendships which we all seek in our lives. My dedication to NGC brings me great joy year after year.” Jeff Dutch

NGC provides a charming, coastal location with a well maintained 9 hole course. Our past 30 years of membership have provided good games, fellowship and fun. A great place to play a round with members and greens fee players.” Sally & Art

“I can’t imagine any course that is more user-friendly than Northport, better friends to play golf with or better commaraderie on the course and off. From the golf pro, to the pro-shop staff, to the maintenance crew, you’ll find a caring, dedicated group of people who want you to enjoy each and every game of golf.” Elaine Bielenberg

The golfing community at Northport alone makes membership worthwhile. Golfers of any skill level can play the course without tire of its simple, yet always demanding layout. If I could sleep there I would call it home.“ Joshua Nougaret

“Northport Golf Course is as easy as it gets for a disabled golfer. Walk the first 9 and ride the next or ride them both. Lease a cart for the summer. Take a load off. Riding gives you more time to “smell the roses” so to speak. The price for renting a cart at NGC is outstanding compared to other courses in Maine, allowing you to bring a friend along for conversation or play. I love our beautiful course and I love the game.” Vivian
